Dev was born to students at Kotor Ami’s academy on Telcor. His family remained there until after the dark lord’s death, when fighting broke out among the remnants of his forces and they then moved to the Star Destroyer Fist of Hatred for safety.

By the time Jay Darksider returned to Telcor in 27 ABY, there were only two Star Destroyers in orbit around Telcor: Fist of Hatred, and Blind Rage IV which was mostly derelict. Jay ordered Blind Rage IV destroyed, and unfortunately this was carried out while both of Dev’s parents were on board.

It was a while later that Jay took Dev to be his apprentice, and when Dev found out that it was Jay’s fault his parents were killed he went off the rails, but eventually returned to Jay’s side.

Dev continues to be trained by Jay, and recently constructed his own lightsaber.

19+ ABY	Yellow Blade I As his training neared completion, Dev constructed his own lightsaber to his specifications.

14-20 ABY	Disciples of Kun Academy, Teltan Core, Deep Core Dev was born into the academy, and remained there until after Kotor Ami's death when the surface became unsafe through fighting.
20-29 ABY	Starship: Fist of Hatred While fighting broke out on the surface in the wake of Kotor's death, Dev's family moved to one of the Star Destroyers in orbit. Dev remained there until Telcor City was finished.
29+ ABY	Telcor Citadel, Teltan Core, Deep Core Once Telcor City was completed, Dev moved into an apartment in the Citadel (government complex) near to Jay's in Telcor City.
